Multiple orders at this point, Len makes it so easy to work on these bikes with the way his catalogs are set up I just use the "find on page" function on my browser to skip right ahead to where I need to be on the page.

I would definitely read the information listed below each "section" of the catalogs as well, there is some really helpful info on some of this stuff there.

Lens attention to detail is unreal, he will always see my XJ related purchases. Thanks man.

 

I inquired about some carb butterfly screws and butterfly shaft seals and I was greeted with multiple options and friendly service. Len had what I needed and got my parts to me really fast. I will definitely be using xj4ever again.

Finally got around to doing a Throttle Shaft seal replacement on my first XJ650 (and 1st motorcycle ever!) Received parts from XJ4Ever super fast, and followed the excellent How-To posted on his site.
Really happy with wonderful service, and will definitely shop again for upcoming procedures I'll need to do on the XJ

Got around to ordering replacement SS front brake lines from Len. Easy to pick out the right ones and other parts such as the crush washers I needed. Arrived quickly. Included with the parts was 6 or 7 pages on how to do the job including a bunch of helpful tips that I wouldn't of thought of. You won't get that when you order parts from anyone else

New member here, restoring a 1981 XJ750 Seca with the help of Len! I want to keep the bike as original as possible so I took a chance and ordered a set of rubber brake hoses. I must say I am impressed by the quality and original look of these hoses! They are nearly identical to the OEM hoses. Will be ordering more parts from Len for sure

Get your parts from Chacal!!! I have been involved with Chacal on multiple orders, and have never been let down. The parts are trustworthy (consistent with their descriptions) and Chacal's customer service (communication via website or email) is legendary. Shipment/delivery has never been a problem. My bike runs as well as it does because of Len.

 

Another one here to sing the praises of Len, he was able to track down some extremely hard to find parts for my XJ750RL and have them in my hot little hands. Atlanta to the Barossa Valley in South Australia in just 10 days.

I said it before and I'll say it again, bloody legend mate. I really appreciate the service that he gave.

 

I would not have been able to get my bike on the road without the help from Len at XJ4Ever. He has a wealth of knowledge on these bikes and always has the right parts for your bike. Thank you Len!

 

I was just wondering... Could a person build an XJ from scratch by ordering every part that an XJ needs from Chacal?

I know he has all of them in stock, but am I trying to play god by just thinking this??

If you chose the correct model of XJ to build, yes.
Not very cost-effective to do it that way though.

I'll take the time to mention what Chacal often remods us of. Buy spares while you can, as you can afford to. There's always something that's newly discontinued.

Take something as simple as the clutch/brake switches. Used on dozens of Yamaha models for over 20 years, and recently dropped from production.

 

That and never take the availability of XJ parts for granted. I’m mechanically restoring a Kz750 M1 for a DD at the moment and I am struggling with even some of the simplest parts. Never realized how good I had it with Len.

 

YES, you could. (of course, HE may have to source some of the parts from some of the other parts hoarders.......lol)

Once again, Len's service was outstanding. I received a quick reply. Everything I needed was in stock. Thorough instructions and options were clearly communicated. My order arrived ahead of the promised delivery schedule. What more could you ask for? XJ4Ever over-delivered at every step.

 

My petcock was leaking. Emailed Len some questions Thursday night and received a reply within an hour. Placed my order Friday night and it was shipped immediately. I received my parts on Monday. I don't think I have ever worked with a vendor that moved this fast! Will definitely buy from him again when the next thing on my bike fails lol!

 

Needed a couple more things to complete the 700X that I'm building from all the parts I have.
As usual, Len always comes through with what I was looking for, and took just a few days to get to me.

I'll be sure check again the next time I am looking for anything.

Just to let you know the parts I ordered from you last Tuesday got here in good order on Thursday. Thanks for the quick service and the tips you shared about the octopus fuel valve. I rebuilt the octopus and it tested out OK on the bench. Haven't mounted it yet on the motorcycle but I am pretty sure it will be OK. Looking for some quality time to work on the the bike but havemn't found any in a while.
